Have you shown your appreciation

For a kindness shown today?

Have you remembered to say "thank you"

For the "gifts" that came your way?

To write a note or text

Especially if that thoughtful act

With all the things you do

But the "giver's" time is just as precious

Would showing your thanks and gratitude to them
