Dear Terry and Rose,

We're sending you congratulations on your Ruby Wedding day

Does the 22nd October 1967 seem a million miles away?

You must have many memories of your married life together

Sunshine, rain and rainbows and every type of weather.

Obviously into everyone's married life a little rain must fall

but a 40 year "marriage made in heaven"

 is the greatest gift of all.

Marriage is like a garden where you have to plant good seeds

But you also have to work quite hard to keep away the weeds

Terry you have obviously tended your garden well as the saying goes

You had the pick of all the flowers and you wisely chose a Rose.
